CURT WOODBURN FITNESS TAKES THE PRIVACY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS AND INFORMATION VERY SERIOUSLY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS HERE IS HOW I DEAL WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

What information is collected

Your contact details including full name, phone numbers, email and house address.

Your health information.

When you are using Curt Woodburn Fitness, via CCTV.


Why is the above information collected?

Contact details – So I can contact you regarding your membership to my facility, your behaviour or to offer any helpful information.

Health information – So I am aware of any health issues you are experiencing. This means I can do my best to try ensure you are safe in my facility, I have vital information that I can pass on to emergency services if needed and so I can do my best to help with your wellbeing.

CCTV footage – This is simply necessary for security and health & safety reasons.


Where and how is your information stored

Electronically; such as a laptop. These devices are all passcode protected so only myself has access to the information.

Hard copy. Information collected via the filling out of paperwork will be stored at my home in a locked cabinet. Only I have access to the key for this cabinet.

Extra information I would like you to know

None of your information will be passed onto anyone.

Only I have access to your information.

GDPR states you should only keep information for the necessary time but no time limit is suggested, so I am happy to run a plan where I hold information until you the member ask to have the information destroyed. If no request is made I will destroy the information when I think it isn’t needed anymore, which could be different from person to person.
