1-2-1

Personal training is ideal for people who struggle to motivate themselves to come to the gym, people who find it difficult to push their body hard enough to get change and anyone who is new to exercise that just doesn’t have the knowledge or confidence to know what they are doing in the gym.

With 1-2-1 training you will receive a specialist program that is bespoke to you and your needs, where I ensure you are exercising correctly and that I can not only push you physically and mentally but also educate you so you learn what you have to do to reach your goal.

Groups

Because personal training isn’t affordable for everyone, group sessions provide the opportunity to split the cost with family and/or friends. These are available for 2–4 people and offer all the benefits of 1-2-1 training.

 

You do not need a Gym membership to have Personal Training.
