Are you looking for the motivation and a simple way to get in shape, with limited time on your hands? Exercise classes offer you the ideal solution to effective exercise to get you fitter faster!
My classes are split into two sessions, which means more time to focus on each body part and therefore more likely to encourage change, growth and progress. Both sessions will be resistance based, conducted at a high intensity, which is designed to elevate the heart rate and burn as much fat as possible during and after training.
All classes are suitable for any ability whether you are a beginner or a regular… a mixture of fun and pain!
Lower Body
Tuesday 7pm till 7:45pm
A focused session using a combination of resistance based exercises that will target the legs and bum. You will experience high levels of fat burning during the session and also for hours after the class has ended.
Upper Body
Thursday 7pm till 7:45pm
You can expect to tone up your arms, back, shoulders and abs through a mixture of resistance based exercises. The session will maximise fat burning, increase strength and improving over all fitness.
Classes are booked on a first come first served basis, you will be able to book from MONDAY in advance of the weeks sessions.

You do not need a Gym Membership to attend Classes.
